Randy Ray - Founder & CEO (LyfeSystems, Inc.)Randy Ray founded and has been CEO of Aequus Corporation, a leading state and national political lobbying firm, for more than 30 years. In that capacity he has represented a wide range of clients, including health care, medical, food service, retail and manufacturing business and trade associations and individual corporate clients. His work for these entities provided him with first-hand knowledge of the increasing problems they have faced in providing healthcare coverage for employees in an affordable and flexible manner and the frustrations of their employees in having benefits that were too inflexible over which they had no control. He also has long term insurance experience and has spent the last 15 years studying and working on the issues and problems associated with our U.S. healthcare finance system. |

Lee Brillhart - CEO (LyfeBank); COO & Chief Counsel (LyfeSystems)Lee Brillhart has more than 20 years experience leading high technology growth firms. He has served as President, 16 Mile Solutions (enterprise software); CEO, Survival, Inc. - an Inc. 500 Company - (defense & consumer technology); Chairman: Benefits Interactive (employee benefits software); Founding Advisor: Flexcar (carsharing); and has additional government relations and communications experience as U.S. Senate Counsel and Deputy Press Secretary for a U.S. Presidential campaign. Lee has been awarded six patents and has received two Industrial Designers Association of America Silver Awards. He has a BA in Politics, Philosophy & Economics from Pomona College and a JD, with honors, from the University of Washington School of Law. |

Robert Payton - EVP OperationsRob Payton brings to the LyfeSystems family of companies his prior experience as VP, Operations at Universal Savings Bank, which specializes in credit card transactions processing. Before banking, Rob spent many years in the insurance industry, and has deep understanding of risk management and insurance transactions processes. Rob's combined experience in these two industries is reflected in the robust, patent-pending, healthcare financing transactions processing software engine he and his team have developed for LyfeSystems. |

Leslie Parker - Chief Marketing OfficerLeslie has more than 20 years of experience in the Advertising and Television industries, where she focused on visual media management, marketing, and strategy. Her experience includes public programming, corporate campaigns, and advertising programs for regional and national companies including Intel, Hewlett-Packard, Jeld-Wen Doors and Windows, and Adobe. She also has early career experience in the insurance industry. |

His prior positions include Chief Administrator, Master Builders Association for King and Snohomish Counties (4,000 member homebuilders association), President, Creekside Consulting (growth company CFO and business operations consulting), VP and General Manager, Flextronics Network Services (communications network services), VP & CFO, SafeWorks (provider of suspended access equipment), Finance Director, Flow International (a leading provider of waterjet technology, robotics, and assembly equipment), Financial Consultant, Egghead Software (computer software and accessories retailer), and Loan Portfolio Officer, Seafirst Bank.
